In winter there is a langlaufen (cross country ski) run only 100 meters from the house and a toboggan run just by the house. Ski facilities are only 8 km away in the Austrian ski area of Hochficht with many red and blue ski runs. It’s a perfect family area. The house has two floors with a bathroom and a kitchen on each floor. It is very well suited for 2 families travelling together. The garden has garden furniture, table tennis and a barbecue. If the weather is not so good, there is a recreation area with a billiard table. This is an attractive detached house, for your sole use, suitable for all seasons.
