In order to that the beautiful Rothaarsteig runs directly through the village, but you can also choose to follow the short, but not less beautiful, Winterberg Hochtour. Besides that Küstelberg lies in the middle of the Hochsauerland Mountain bike Arena, which has an extended assortment of tracks of different levels to offer for the mountain bike lovers. In case of less nice weather, you can go to Medebach (7 km.) or Winterberg (18 km.) for indoor swimming pools or cosy restaurants and pubs. For a change you can also have a day in the theme park Fortress Fun or a tour through the marvellous Sorpetal (half an hour driving) which is certainly recommendable. In short, a pleasant, entirely new accommodation with many options for the nature lover or just a weekend of relaxation.
