The special farm accommodation Ház Kilátás, "the View House", is located in the cosy and peaceful village Somogygeszti in the South West of Hungary. The house was completely renovated in 2005 by the Dutch owners and modernised, yet keeping the authentic style.

Kilátás lies remote on a 1/4 hectare ground and broad view over a glowing landscape.
The high (5m) and big living room (40m2) with open kitchen has two big sliding doors, which gives entrance to the spacious, lively garden. From the living room, you have a sight over the impressing view. The house is equipped with luxury facilities, among others a satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher and espresso machine.
In the garden around the house are different plants, but cherry trees, walnut trees, prune and apple trees as well.
In the village is a swim lake (approx. 1 km) of Ház Kilátás. Furthermore, you will find a small supermarket in the village, a community centre, little cafe and slot hotel. In this slot hotel, you can have a extensive lunch, dinner or horse ride. You can even use the swimming pool here.
The surrounding is hilly and green, therefore very suitable for hike and cycling trips. In the meanwhile, you can recover with a cold beer in one of the closely situated villages.
The house is centrally situated; 25 minutes drive from Lake Balaton, 15 minutes from the town Kaposvár and 2 hours from Budapest. In the surrounding are various towns, which is surely worth visiting: Pécs; the lively university town with beautiful monuments, pleansant markets and many historic paths and Szenna with an interesting open air museum.
