A lovely detached summer chalet on a "Podere" (estate). On the farm olive oil and other nature products are produced and sold. You can make use of the big (communal) garden with garden furniture, swimming pool (14x5m), and facilities for the children, use the mountain bikes. More.. In the neighbourhood are woods where you can hike or horse ride peacefully. The accommodation can be found on the perfect position to visit Umbria and Tuscany (Chianti area); Perugis is within 15min. drive, Trasimeno Lake and Assisi within 25min., Arezzo within 1 hour, Rome 2 hours drive.

- Attention please: extra costs for the third person: 80 Euro/week.
- Only 1 pet allowed, not in the house.
On arrival, you will find a bottle of our housewine and our extra virgin olive oil and an information booklet about the surrounding area to welcome you.
We organize guided wine-tasting tours with visit to the cellar and a short walk through the vineyards.

Abbey of Montelabate (beautiful church in Romanesque style XI e C.), Civitella Benazzone(small village composed of a group of ancient houses - possibility to make nice walks in the country, starting form us, arriving up to Gubbio or Assisi.

Excellent and not expensive Umbrian+Tuscan kitchen in Ramazzano and surrounding area. You will find a list of adresses we recommend in your apartment, where to taste the "The Fiorentina Steack", Linguine With Lobster, Wild boar Fettuccine, The Crescia from Gubbio etc.
