The villa has a groomed design. The wide terrace is covered and is foresee of a dining-room table and the sun terrace has reclining chairs. In the shed under the house are beach chairs and two sunshades stored which you can take to the beach. On 2.5 km is a swimming pool with bar and restaurant. On 3 km. is a small bay is with a lovely beach. This villa is, arranged considering the steep slope, less suitable for small children.

Surroundings: De relative small tourist attraction Moraira is on 10 km. south of Javea. The original fishing-village is grown till a pleasant seaside resort. The original landscape with green woods, fertile fields and plantations is still present and with her 8 km. long coast with fine sand beach and numerous restaurants, sport possibilities an ideal combination for every tourist. Javea with his own nautical centre offers many watersport and recreation possibilities.

In the ports Valencia, 115 km. and Alicante 80 km. you find a large offer of stores, restaurants, cultural sights and museums. Also there are extensive walk possibilities in the mountainous hinterland of the Costa Blanca. For golf are different possibilities on 9 and 18-hole courses in the surroundings, as Golf la Sella, Club the Golf the Javea and Golf the Ifach.
